Since 2013, I've worked with founders and agencies across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and the Netherlands. Started in web development, moved into marketing consulting, leading creative for international clients. Over $300K earned across 500+ projects with 100% job success.
Most freelancers take briefs and deliver files. I sit inside the business and build the creative system that solves the growth problem. Clients come back for years, not projects.

The community was the point, not the degree. Being around driven engineers who questioned everything, built things from scratch, and pushed each other forward — that environment rewired how I approach problems. I started freelancing in my first year. Not because I had to. Because the culture made sitting still feel like falling behind.
IBA gave me the business depth I was missing — strategy, management, brand thinking at a level I hadn't operated at before. But the real value was the people. IBA puts you in a room with some of the most capable marketers and business minds in the country. That network and that caliber of thinking shaped how I run Team Qreative and AI Varsity today.
After graduating from KUET, I didn't send out resumes. I started Team Qreative — a creative marketing agency for SMEs. We do branding, marketing, copy, social design, TVC-grade ad videos, paid ads, and UI/UX. 15+ team. Brands most agencies spend years trying to land.

Bespoke AI business automation for SMEs and agencies
In mid-2025, I started AI Varsity to fill a gap nobody was filling. Practical AI — how to design, make video ads, build apps, automate the boring parts. 100K+ people showed up in months.
ABP — a UK-based PGD program in Bangladesh. The cohort is made up of brand managers and strategy leaders from companies like Marico, Unilever, and many other top-tier brands. They come to sharpen their thinking, not learn basics.
Two things keep me balanced — music and reading. Neither has anything to do with marketing decks or campaign reports, and that's exactly the point.
Not a professional — just someone who loves it. Recording small music videos on the side.
Books, long-form essays, the occasional Sunday paper. Learning is the hobby; reading is just how it looks.
Whether it's marketing strategy, AI integration, or creative direction — I'm one conversation away.
